2012

They say Mount Ararat is forever the bride, dressed in white for eternity.

In this album there are images captured somewhere in Turkey and Iceland. Using both my own technique and that of others, unlearning the learnt and exploring vernacular bliss. What remains is a collection of mundane moments accumulated on the way. The space in between parts is there for the imagination to color in.

Það er sagt að Ararat-fjall sé að eilífu brúður, ætíð klædd í hvítt.

Þessum myndum var safnað einhverstaðar á Íslandi og í Tyrklandi, tilraunakenndu flandri í leit að einhverju sem ekki er hægt að finna. Það sem eftir stendur eru hversdagsleg augnablik leiðarinnar og á milli myndanna skapast rými fyrir ímyndunaraflið til að fylla upp í.
