An indoor ice cave is powered by the energy provided by melting glaciers. Its entrance guarded by a polar bear frozen in time. To create a sense of the Arctic. Just as stalactites are formed over thousands of years, the photograph is an offspring of time, while it too serves as a witness to humanity’s impatience.
Exhibited at Ásmundarsalur in 2024 and Reykjavík Museum of Photography in 2025.

Orka bráðnandi jökla knýr frosna leikmynd. Við munna íshellisins stendur tíminn í stað í líki hvítabjarnar. Hér er verið að skapa norðurpólsstemningu. Sviðsetning tíma og rýmis. Rétt eins og dropasteinar sem verða til yfir árþúsund er ljósmyndin afsprengi tímans. Um leið er hún til vitnis um óþolinmæði mannkynsins.
